google no longer uses keywords
Apparently  it’s true, and quite old news.

I just wanted to get this out to SEO experts still in doubt. Of course this doesn’t mean keyword meta tags are useless, after all Google isn’t the only search engine (right?) and I would recommend using them internally for site searches and they may be useful for other things aswell, just not Google page ranking.

The length of time the plate is exposed to light. The length of time the light has to “sink in”. It’s measured in seconds, or most commonly, fractions of seconds. The longer the exposure, the more light hits the plate, and therefore, the brighter the resulting picture.

If there is a lot of light, such as a sunny, outdoor setting, then the exposure needs to be short. If overexposed, the light portions of the shot will be pure white and the detail will be lost. In extreme cases, the shot might come out solid white. If it’s getting dark, if it’s past dark, if you’re indoors, then you’ll have the opposite dilemma. Read more…

The magic of the iphone (smartphone)“Apple has just overtaken Exxon as the most valuable public company in the world” This headline broke 2 days ago and caused many to scratch their heads as they pondered how the world could be changing more rapidly than we had thought. Though Apple only held the title for a few hours before Exxon’s stocks crept back up, It can be no trivial thing that it happened at all. Are we now leaving an age where oil companies and auto makers hold the crown’s share of capital? Does it mean people will one day spend more on apps than unleaded ? Who knows,…but I think this does underline the significance of Apple’s mobile smart devices which notably have trail blazed the path for their competition. And that in a sluggish, even apprehensive global economy Apple’s gizmos still produce friction. Read more…
